Everyone who owns a vehicle in Minnesota is required to carry no-fault insurance. No-fault insurance is required to provide a minimum of $20,000 in medical coverage for your car accident related medical treatment. Sometimes, your no-fault insurance company will deny paying for your medical bills for any number of reasons.
